​Your Child's Home Away From Home
For more than 50 years, the JCC and its preschool have been “the place to be” when it comes to early childhood education. We pride ourselves on preparing our students academically and socially for the first grade, no matter where they go next. Most of our students start at the J when they’re just 15 months and just like that they’re graduating from Kindergarten. We love our students and are honored to be their home away from home.

The PTO Needs
We are in constant need of volunteers to help us with our robust schedule of activities throughout the year (including helping with events, donating items, helping to decorate, book fair volunteers and much more). We also need Room Representatives (Mom or Dads) for each classroom. In addition to volunteers, the PTO asks for school/art supplies on behalf of the teachers during the year. Monetary donations are also encouraged. As a family joins PTO, they are added to the PTO volunteer database and may be contacted through the year when PTO has needs for volunteers or donations. Many of our volunteering opportunities allow you to be on campus and see what awesome activaties and experiences your student has on a daily basis.

The Annual Spring Fling
The Spring Fling is the PTO's largest (and most lively)fundraising event. The PTO works directly with JCC preschool to raise money for enrichment programs and improve technology for our students while supporting the staff and parents. Funds raised by our PTO have provided an enhanced reading programs, the brightwheel communication system, classroom setup and supplies. Last year our goal was to make improvements in the physical fitness arena and playground, installing a sunshade.
